Summary

To support the spiritual and leadership development of military families, the full-time Military Staff Associate III will engage in direct ministry, lead volunteer teams, and manage resource development efforts at Fort Stewart, GA.Key responsibilities:Lead and develop spiritual growth initiatives and maintain active participation in the Young Life communityRecruit, train, and supervise volunteer leaders and area staff to build effective leadership teamsRaise financial support and manage donor relationships to fuel ministry effortsRequired qualifications:Experience in direct ministry with proven relational skills with both youth and adultsDemonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactionsCollege degree preferredCompletion of core training phases within the first two years of employmentAbility to work in various outdoor conditions, including heat and physical demands of camp activities
