Our client is seeking an experienced Tilt-Wall Superintendent to lead the successful delivery of ground-up and renovation commercial construction projects throughout the Orlando area. This role is ideal for a field leader with a strong background in tilt-wall construction, industrial facilities, and telecommunications projects who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Client Details Our client is a well-established general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial construction projects across Central Florida. Specializing in industrial, telecommunications, manufacturing, and renovation work, they are known for building long-term relationships with clients through quality workmanship, safety, and on-time project delivery. Description Manage all on-site construction activities from project start through completion. Lead the successful execution of tilt-wall construction, including planning, sequencing, and panel erection. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Conduct daily site meetings, safety inspections, and progress reporting. Review construction drawings, specifications, and schedules to proactively identify and resolve field issues. Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and local building codes. Partner closely with Project Managers to ensure client expectations and project milestones are achieved. Profile A successful Superintendent should have: The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction, including extensive exposure to tilt-wall projects. You will have successfully delivered both ground-up and renovation projects, with experience in industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or telecommunications facilities. Strong leadership, communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a commitment to safety and quality.
