This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2-4 years of experience to work on sophisticated investigations and complex litigation matters within a highly regarded, collaborative teamJOB DESCRIPTIONThe duties and responsibilities of the role will include:Assist with white collar defense matters and government investigations, including developing factual and legal strategies.Conduct detailed legal and factual research relating to complex regulatory, civil and criminal matters.Review, analyze and organize large volumes of documents, communications and other evidence.Assist with internal investigations, including gathering facts, interviewing witnesses and preparing investigative materials.Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, memoranda, correspondence and other legal documents.Support attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, interviews and other proceedings.Assist with discovery strategy and management in complex civil and criminal litigation.Analyze applicable statutes, regulations, case law and regulatory guidance.Help prepare for interactions with government agencies, regulators, opposing counsel and other third parties.THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATEThe successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:2-4 years of relevant legal experience.Experience in white collar defense and investigations.Experience handling or supporting complex civil, regulatory and/or criminal litigation.Strong academic credentials.Excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills.Strong oral and written communication abilities.Law review or journal experience preferred.A federal court or state supreme court clerkship strongly preferred.Please be advised that only candidates that have the specific skills and experiences required for this role will be shortlisted and submitted to our client for review.#J-18808-Ljbffr
