Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing, implementing, and providing oversight for a civilian federal equal employment opportunity (EEO) program to include directing and leading subordinate staff in the application of EEO concepts, principles, and practices (e.g., EEO Complaint Procedures, Alternative Dispute Resolution, EEOC MD-110, EEO 715) to identify potential EEO problems or systemic workforce barriers, conducting complex demographic analysis and risk assessments, and making strategic recommendations to senior leaders for resolution or corrective action.
