Summary

To support the growth of its government and public sector legal practice, the full-time remote Public Sector Senior Counsel will advise cross-functional teams on public sector governance requirements, develop legal templates and training, and partner with go-to-market teams to facilitate procurement processes for Intelligent Agreement Management solutions.Key responsibilitiesAdvise product, engineering, and security teams on public sector and AI governance requirementsBuild the legal practice by developing templates, positions, and training for routine public sector workCollaborate with go-to-market teams on public sector opportunities, providing guidance on procurement and strategyRequired qualificationsLaw degree from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice and in good standing in at least one US jurisdiction8+ years of law firm and/or in-house experienceExperience negotiating complex agreements with government customers and prime contractorsKnowledge of government procurement regimes, including FAR and DFARS
