DescriptionThis fast-paced position provides case management duties for an alcohol and other drug treatment program. The position is in an outpatient treatment setting.
HIRING HOURLY: $19.34
OPEN UNTIL FILLED - APPLICATION REVIEW BEGINS IMMEDIATELY
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Frequent contact with various referral sources.
- Coordinating patient appointments
- Sending text appointment reminders to patients
- Auditing patient files for required documents.
- Helping to coordinate patient intake and counselor assignments.
- Providing referrals to external human service agencies.
- Managing non-clinical cases
- Completing patient service authorizations.
- Ongoing communication with the Program Administrator and the clinical team.
- Completing documentation as necessary
Supporting Program Administrator in ensuring tasks associated with each case are complete
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a Social Services Field, from an accredited college or university.
- Case Management experience highly desired.
- Knowledge of substance use disorders and treatment highly desired.
- Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication and computer skills.
- A valid SC driver’s license
