Basic Requirements Must be 18+ years old Must be eligible to obtain an Arizona Guard Card Must be drug-free, including marijuana No felonies ever, no misdemeanors in the past 5 years, no warrants Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Must have reliable transportation to and from scheduled shifts Must be willing to work throughout the Valley Must have a working cell phone Must be able to stand/walk for 4-8+ hours during a shift We want people who: Show up when they say they will Maintain a professional attitude Have good judgment and common sense Take responsibility for their actions Want to learn, grow, and advance in the security industry Why T.E.A.M.
