Job SummaryMCOR Government Services (EGS) seeks a Task Order Manager to provide Facilities Operations, Maintenance, and support Services to a Government Agency in Research Triangle Park, NC. The role involves planning, overseeing, managing, and/or executing commercial construction, maintenance, and operations projects and/or task orders associated with the contract. This position is contingent upon contract award.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible planning, oversight, management, and/or execution of commercial construction, maintenance, and operations projects and/or task orders.Coordinating work and communicating with customers and subcontractors.Developing, modifying, and tracking schedules.QualificationsA minimum of five (5) years of experience with responsible planning, oversight, management, and/or execution of commercial construction, maintenance, and operations projects and/or task orders, at a large commercial/industrial facility or multiple facilities with complex mechanical, electrical, and structural requirements.North Carolina General Contractor's license.Experience coordinating work and communicating with customers and subcontractors.Experience developing, modifying, and tracking schedules.Skilled with Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and Project.Equal Opportunity EmployerAs a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package.
