A Management Analyst II job is available with the City of Fort Worth Development Services Department in the Development Coordination Division Strategic Operations section. The Strategic Operations section provides support, improvements, and training for the City's permitting software Accela and ACA, GIS addressing/training/inquiries (mapping and data), data research and analytics [for the Development Advisory Committee (DAC), City Manager's Office (CMO), Media, developers and City Council Members], Public Information Requests (PIR), hardware/software support for CFW owned devices, computers and work stations, department business process improvements (BPIs), and Lean Six Sigma project improvements.

The primary function of the position will be to provide a wide variety of analytical and research support for the department including developing the monthly reports; perform revenue analysis and provide guidance and recommendations for solutions of monetary reconciliation, fiscal, or operational concerns and issues.
