HIRING SALARY RANGE: $60,840 to $79,684 (Estimated Annual Salary)
OPEN UNTIL FILLED - APPLICATION REVIEW BEGINS IMMEDIATELY
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise logistics operations including freight loading and unloading, dispatch and proper documentation and procedure control under limited supervision.
Conduct team meetings.
Evaluate and recommend changes in preferred work methods to increase productivity of dispatch operations.
Assist in new associate training.
Provide relief coverage for operational duties when associates utilize time-off or are absent from the shift.
Have a thorough working knowledge of the site’s operating systems to ensure operational compliance and correct exception resolution.
Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion.
Maintain files and records; collects, calculates, and submit timesheets.
Assist with reports and correspondence; collaborates with recycling programs and events.
Observes driver’s work performance; conduct annual evaluations and execute disciplinary actions as needed.
Report all incidents to the MRF Operations Manager
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements High School or GED graduate.
Requires two years or more supervisory experience.
CDL (Class B) License required.
County will train appropriate candidate.
