Duties:
Brief Description:
The primary purpose of the Child Support Case Manager position is to manage child support cases in accordance with federal, state and local laws and procedures. In addition, the employee processes appropriate documentation for child support cases and testifies in court if necessary.
Job Prerequisites:
Minimum Qualifications:

- High school graduate or GED, and 1 year experience in a related field

Additional Qualifications (Agency/Dept. Qualifications):

- Excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, analytical skills, communication skills, attention to detail, experience with computer systems and proficient with computers, typing and word processing experience and the ability to multi-task. Social services, child support and domestic relations / family law experience are a plus.

Compensation:
Salary: $21.27 / hour (per union contract)
