Position Description
Provide office services by implementing administrative systems, and procedures. Monitors administrative projects for faculty and staff in the assigned academic area.

Major/Essential Functions

• Responsible for processes related to PPR(Provider Payor Relations )billing enrollment for all new staff.
• Approve leave requests and update leave balances for all providers.
• Update and send weekly Leave Schedules.
• Responsible for travel reimbursements for the Department.
• Assist providers with professional license renewals, professional society renewals, and reimbursements.
• Assist the Executive Associate with
  • Recruiting strategies, processes, and procedures.
  • Invoice processing and receipting.
  • Departmental events, planning, and execution.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field plus one (1) year related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal five (5) years.
