Administrative Support Clerk Division of Workers’ Compensation/Kansas City Salary: $34,992 * Please Note: The salary/salary range listed in this job description is a base salary only and does not include years-of-service adjustments. Applicants eligible for years-of-service adjustments may exceed the salary/salary range listed above.

What you will do: • Manages the front desk, answers telephone calls, and greets attorneys and the public
• Receives and distributes incoming and outgoing mail; scans documents to electronic storage
• Types correspondence, emails and letters, and completes data entry
• Performs other work as assigned
All you need for success: Qualifications • • 0-1 year of experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
Desired Attributes • Knowledge of Adobe, Excel and Outlook
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask
• Possess basic computer skills (emails, scheduling, data entry)
• Have good phone etiquette (clear, polite, professional tone)
