Full-time position available with the Aviation Department, Operations and Field Maintenance Division, located at 1 Kansas City Blvd.
Salary Starting at: $20.48/hour
Normal Work Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m. May be required to work overtime based on operational needs.

Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities: - Reports to the Executive Manager of Airport Operations and Field Maintenance.
- Performs a variety of administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
- Assists in the administration of Aviation operations and coordinate specialized programs as directed.
- Maintains divisional records and ensures timely reporting.
- Processes invoices, purchase orders, and track billing schedules.
- Manage contracts related to Field Maintenance and Operations projects at the airport.
- Oversees ordering and tracking of inventory for Field Maintenance and Operations.
- Ensures the work order system is updated accurately and regularly; send reminders and notifications to team members.
- Assists with monthly reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), gather relevant data, and compile reports for team review. Provides support in interpreting and presenting KPI results.
- Assists in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures and processes for assigned divisions.
- Research and recommend revised procedures for routine activities to improve efficiency.
- Acts as a liaison between Field Maintenance and Operations in collaboration with other divisions.
- Analyzes revenues and expenditures; review budget estimates and assist in determining appropriations.
- Conduct surveys and collect information on operational and administrative challenges, analyze findings, and recommend changes.
- Performs special assignments and submits reports based on findings.
- Assists with long-range planning studies on internal management problems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Information: - Position will alternate work locations at multiple airport facilities.
- Must successfully complete a TSA criminal history check.
Qualifications
REQUIRES an accredited Bachelor's degree; OR an equivalent combination of qualifying education and experience to include professional experience in the development and/or operation of administrative systems, programs, policies and practice.
Preference given to applicants with prior Airport Operations or Maintenance experience and Microsoft Office software experience.
